European luxury has long been guarded by a handful of heritage names — which makes the rise of Dorota Goldpoint, a Polish designer building her house from outside that establishment, worth watching.

At the 83rd Venice International Film Festival (September 9–12, 2026), her gowns appeared on a client list that spans continents: actress Gabi Lopes, entrepreneur Niousha Noosh, FashionTV CEO Maria Lisovska, Miss Universe Brazil Mariani Piaget, model AndreaRoxana Chioaca, actress Patricia Contreras, Izabela Zofia SwitońKulińska, and Aliia Roza.

Goldpoint named her label after the idea of a golden mean, reflecting a design philosophy built on balance and restraint rather than logodriven glamour. Each gown, she says, is meant to serve the woman wearing it rather than announce the brand.

Her path to Venice ran through Dubai and Cannes, where her gowns have already appeared this year — evidence of a European-trained designer building a genuinely international clientele from outside Paris or Milan.
